Wood Gas Ltd provides heating and gas services including:
- Boiler installation, servicing, and repair
- Central heating system installation and maintenance
- Gas safety inspections and certificates
- Gas appliance installation and servicing
- Emergency heating and gas repairs
Booking and Appointments
- Service appointments are subject to availability
- We will confirm appointments via phone or email
- 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- Additional work beyond the original quote requires approval
Warranties and Guarantees
- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers
- Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear
- Annual servicing may be required to maintain warranties
Liability
Wood Gas Ltd carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Health and Safety
- We comply with all Gas Safe regulations
- Safety certificates are provided where required
- Customers must provide safe working conditions
- Dangerous installations will be made safe immediately
Complaints Procedure
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
